Services and Pricing
I offer individualized, telehealth-based care for patients in midlife. This includes perimenopause, menopause, and gender-affirming care, as well as sexual health. Visits are designed to provide the time and space needed for thoughtful, personalized care. I charge per visit; no subscriptions are required—I feel strongly that you should only pay for the care that you actually engage in and receive!

Visit Options
You may choose the visit length that feels appropriate for your needs:
- 45-minute visit — $135 – All NEW patients, complex follow-up visits/multiple concerns
- 20-minute visit — $75 – follow-up visits, annual prescription renewals without substantial changes, a single new issue
Longer visits are recommended for NEW patients or more complex concerns. If additional time is needed, I may extend the visit or ask you to schedule an additional visit, as appropriate.
Asynchronous Care (Established Patients)
For established patients, I offer asynchronous clinical review and care plan adjustments through the patient portal.
This may be appropriate for:
- Review of laboratory results
- Minor medication adjustments
- Follow-up questions related to a visit that was more than 14 days ago and for which you do not have an upcoming visit within the next 14 days
Asynchronous clinical review and correspondence via the patient portal is $50 - $75, depending on complexity.
If your request requires more in-depth evaluation, discussion, or ongoing management, you may be asked to schedule a visit instead. I will let you know in advance if this is recommended.
Asynchronous care is intended for focused concerns and is not a substitute for comprehensive visits.
Routine administrative questions about scheduling, superbills, payments, or prescription pick up are not considered asynchronous care and will not be billed.
Follow-Up Care
Care is individualized, but common follow-up patterns include:
- After starting hormone therapy: follow-up at 1 month, then approximately every 3 months during the first year
- Perimenopause management: follow-up every 3–6 months
- Stable regimens: annual visits may be appropriate
- Patients prescribed testosterone: follow-up every 6 months

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards (if allowable by your plan).
I do not bill insurance. Upon request, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
NOTE: I cannot accept patients enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid. Did you know Planned Parenthood may be able to help? Check out their website to confirm.
Labs are ordered as part of a visit when clinically indicated. If labs are obtained, a follow-up visit is often recommended 1-2 weeks later to review results and adjust the care plan as needed.
I aim to make care as accessible as possible. A limited number of reduced-fee appointments may be available. If cost is a barrier, you are welcome to inquire. Availability is limited and not guaranteed.
This practice provides specialty hormone care and does not replace primary care. Patients are encouraged to maintain an ongoing relationship with a primary care provider for comprehensive health needs.
