Monarch West is a micropractice—just me (Kate Stormfield, FNP-c, MSCP) and my small panel of patients—allowing time for thoughtful, patient-centered support for those seeking care for perimenopause, menopause, gender affirmation, and sexual health. I am a Family Nurse Practitioner and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner with over a decade of experience in sexual and reproductive health. I offer individualized, evidence-based telehealth appointments for patients in midlife. Monarch West is your space for real conversation and creating a care plan grounded in both clinical data and your lived experience.

Providing telehealth appointments in Oregon, Washington, Vermont and Maine.
- Perimenopause/Menopause care including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone* hormone therapy and non-hormonal options
- Gender-affirming hormone therapy and surgical referrals
- Contraceptive counseling and management
- Sexual health – libido, STI testing, STI prevention (PrEP, doxyPEP, HIV nPEP)
- Referral services & care coordination with your primary care provider
*Due to Federal DEA regulations, testosterone can only currently be prescribed to patients located in Oregon
