I am a Family Nurse Practitioner and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner with over a decade of experience in sexual and reproductive health. I offer individualized, evidence-based telehealth appointments for patients in midlife. Monarch West is your space for real conversation and creating a care plan grounded in both clinical data and your lived experience.

- Perimenopause/Menopause care including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone* hormone therapy and non-hormonal options
- Gender-affirming hormone therapy and surgical referrals

- Sexual health – libido, STI testing, STI prevention (PrEP, doxyPEP, HIV nPEP)
- Referral services & care coordination with your primary care provider
*Due to Federal DEA regulations, testosterone can only currently be prescribed to patients located in Oregon
